*1995 - Steam Mill, Chester Civic Award Commendation for the Restoration, Conversion and Regeneration of Steam Mill, a Grade 2 Listed Building, Chester, as a Business Centre with Conference, Audio Visual and Theatre facilities, together with Public House and Restaurant facilities.
*1998 - Bethel Square, Brecon. Presented at the National Eisteddfod of Wales Exhibition of Architecture Bro Ogwr.
